BREAKFAST
The breakfast room offers sumptuous decor with woodwork punctuated by a lighted display case behind which appear sculptures of medicinal plants by the artist Pierre-Louis Dietschy. In the heart of this soothing area dedicated to body care, partitions open to provide a setting for the breakfast buffet, made up of farm produce, some of which is local and organic.
It consists of a choice of hot drinks, fresh fruit juices, various breads, pastries, homemade cakes, jams and honey from local farms, cheeses and cold meats, fresh seasonal fruit and an assortment of cereals and dried fruits.
Our team is at your entire disposal from 6:30 am to serve your breakfast in your room, in the dining room or on the terrace during fine weather.

THE BAR
Inside the little stable, find a warm, authentic, friendly place to share a drink. Welcome to the Haras bar, where Strasbourg residents and travelers from all over the world like to meet over a glass of wine or cocktails !
As soon as the first rays of the sun appear, enjoy the majestic interior courtyard! This is the secret address, with all the benefit of dazzling natural light, for lounging in large armchairs and enjoying moments of calm and relaxation far from the hustle and bustle of the city of Strasbourg.
During the winter period, you will be able to order hot drinks and eat pastries in a warm, reassuring atmosphere.
THE BRASSERIE
The Brasserie des Haras offers modern, friendly cuisine. The great classics of French cuisine have their place here, alongside specialties from the Alsatian region or inspirations from around the world.
The menu is created by the starred chef Marc Haeberlin in collaboration with chef François Baur.
The Brasserie does not belong to the hotel. The Les Haras hotel team is on hand to take bookings for your lunches and dinners during your stay at the hotel. We recommend that you request this as soon as you reserve your hotel accommodation (subject to availability).
